Bowl Recap

NOTE: Normally we post on college basketball on Mondays, but today is special...

The BCS National Championship is finally here. And tomorrow Greg or I will be forced to admit that we were wrong. I have said all year that I don't think that Notre Dame is legit, and is in no way the best team in the nation (Oregon is). Greg has backed Notre Dame and has gone as far as picking them tonight. I guess we will see who Notre Dame really is.

If you missed our pick for tonight's game and analysis, you can look back on our BCS Bowl Picks blog and find it there. As for our picks, here is how we have done:

Regular Season

Greg:          43 - 24

Andrew:     39 - 28

Non-BCS Bowl Games

Greg:         21 - 9

Andrew:    19 - 11

BCS Bowl Games

Greg:         1 - 3

Andrew:    3 - 1

Overall Standings

Greg:         65 - 36

Andrew:    61 - 40

So as you can see, Greg will maintain his lead from the regular season. Interestingly enough, our bowl picks have brought us identical records (Greg better on non-BCS and Andrew better on BCS bowls). The games themselves have been a lot of fun and we've seen some great teams and players. Can you imagine how great it will be when they finally get a playoff?
