NFL Picks 16

Last week was fun. We saw Dallas choke (like every year), the Patriots blow their shot at the 1-seed, and Detroit lose their grasp on the NFC North. We did see teams rise to the playoff occasion however… In all of those mentioned losses, the winners took steps towards the playoffs (Miami, Baltimore, and Green Bay). Chicago also got a big win, which I loved. A lot of work remains though for so many teams. And Cincy’s loss makes the AFC North interesting again.

So with all of last week’s drama, what can we expect this week? Well, two playoff teams takes the field with seeding on the line: Indy at KC. The NFC South is up for grabs in the Saints/Panthers game. Arizona continues to try and steal a playoff birth, but must win at Seattle to give themselves a chance. The Patriots visit Baltimore in a big game for both sides. And Chicago/Philly square off as both try to stay in first place in their respective divisions. Things will get intense.
