Last
week got us off to a terrific start. It was incredibly fun watching pro
football again, especially with games such as Chicago/Cincy or San Fran/Green
Bay. Some results shocked us (NYJ over TB or Philly over Washington), but really
even those just got us excited. It’s going to be a wild year! As for the
point’s competition, Andrew jumped out to an early six-point lead despite
having a worse record. Guest poster Judson finished in between us.
Andrew – 102 Points (10-6)
Greg – 96 Points (12-4)
This week, we will begin to see even more which teams are
for real. Are the Chiefs really dominant (hosting Dallas)? Is Philly’s offense
truly awesome (hosting San Diego)? Is Washington really that bad (at Green
Bay)? Who is the real contender between St. Louis and Atlanta (Sunday at 1)? And
of course, can Geno Smith win again (at NE on Thursday)? Honestly though all
eyes will be on the games late on Sunday… Denver at NYG features the Manning
brothers, who both threw for over 450 yards this last week. Then, San Francisco
travels to Seattle for an epic NFC West battle, one that features two of the
brightest young QB’s in football. Wow!
Below are our picks and confidence points for all the games.
